The staff was really nice and the rooms were clean. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. Was very disappointed with the breakfast. Very limited menu and what we did have just wasn’t that good. I couldn’t even eat much of it. Also the coffee wasn’t good either. We ended up having to go to breakfast at a restaurant which was a bummer because the perk of staying at a hotel is the breakfast in the morning. If you only need a 1 night stay it’s okay, but longer than that I would stay somewhere else.

Staff was great! Very helpful with finding food and activities. We had two rooms. One room was perfect! The other room, the a/c didnt work. We needed adjoining rooms because of our children so we had to keep the rooms since there were no other adjoining rooms. Otherwise, a great stay! Breakfast was great! Something for everyone. The pool was nice too

It was a nice stay but a couple of things could be improved on like the front desk attendant should be at the front desk. We didn’t even attempt getting breakfast due to the kids sports team taking up the ENTIRE breakfast area as they did the pool the night before. Cleaning needs improvement. Otherwise it was nice.

The facility was in great condition and very clean. There was some noise from a large group travel athletic youth, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't bad either. The staff was fantastic. There is a ton of parking available. There were several restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping nearby. This was a solid 4.5 out of 5!

In general the facility staff were not keen to be there and certainly were not hospitable.
Rooms: wifi did not work and the solution was for us (the customer) to call Marriott help desk and spend time with them to correct what looked to be a property issue.
The bedding, specifically the comforter had spores that were either blood or dirt on both beds in multiple areas. The showers had body wash and conditioner x 2 but no shampoo.
breakfast: the food was sparse. Coffee was empty for most all of breakfast and again when we walked by an hour later. The breads were all low (bagels, toast etc) the juice was empty and no staff cared or noted so water was all that was offered. All this would be fine if they didn’t advertise the inclusive wifi and breakfast.

The hotel looks very modern and new. Love the lounge and breakfast area, very nice and open and very clean. The room is nice and comfortable modern design and layout. Love the large shower glass door and good lighting in the bathroom.

The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptional! Extremely helpful. The hotel is close to Grand Rapids with no parking problems. Dining and shopping is really close to the hotel.
