Everything about the stay was excellent from the room itself, the staff and the complementary breakfast. Thea stay conveniently located by shopping centers and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairfield Inn! Shopping was conveniently close by and downtown was only 5–10 minutes away. The staff were friendly and super helpful with great restaurant suggestions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, and the continental breakfast was great too. We definitely would stay here again!

Overall stay was good, room and hotel was very clean. My two complaints are one the pillows. All pillows were extremely soft and thin. Second was with breakfast. The vegetarian sausage that was surved was not tasty at all.

Great location when visiting Grand Rapids, MI, in particular, and West Michigan in general. Easy access to all major arteries to get anywhere in minutes.

The staff was really nice and the rooms were clean. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. Was very disappointed with the breakfast. Very limited menu and what we did have just wasn’t that good. I couldn’t even eat much of it. Also the coffee wasn’t good either. We ended up having to go to breakfast at a restaurant which was a bummer because the perk of staying at a hotel is the breakfast in the morning. If you only need a 1 night stay it’s okay, but longer than that I would stay somewhere else.

Staff was great! Very helpful with finding food and activities. We had two rooms. One room was perfect! The other room, the a/c didnt work. We needed adjoining rooms because of our children so we had to keep the rooms since there were no other adjoining rooms. Otherwise, a great stay! Breakfast was great! Something for everyone. The pool was nice too

It was a nice stay but a couple of things could be improved on like the front desk attendant should be at the front desk. We didn’t even attempt getting breakfast due to the kids sports team taking up the ENTIRE breakfast area as they did the pool the night before. Cleaning needs improvement. Otherwise it was nice.
