Spa facility is very good .. Kajal was very polite and excellent in her work, very professional. We have taken hot stone massage and kaya kalp rejuvenating massage. Other lady also very professional and excelllent in her work. I felt the overall experience is good the only point very limited staff so they are usually very occupied and sometimes forgot to receive the guest on main gate as well.

The best place to stay i must say if you are visiting katra you must stay in welcom hotel the service are great staff is friendly and not to forget food the taste is so great and without onion and garlic special thanks to chef rajendra and his team for prepare so amazing food
