Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel at home, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. 🧹 Housekeeping with a Personal Touch Initially, I had reservations about the feasibility of a three-week stay, particularly regarding daily upkeep and comfort. However, the housekeeping team, led by Mr. Ajit Sahoo and Miss Nikki, quickly dispelled those concerns. Their meticulous attention to detail kept my room and bathroom spotless, while their thoughtful gestures like stocking my favorite Darjeeling tea and ensuring my preferred TV channels were available, added a deeply personal touch. Their service was not just maintenance, but genuine care. 🍽️ Culinary Excellence & Heartfelt Dining Dining at Regenta Inn was an experience in itself. The restaurant team consistently delivered service that was both attentive and heartfelt, transforming every meal into a cherished memory. - Mrs. Sabitri deserves special recognition for her culinary artistry. Her ability to anticipate my palate and surprise me with exquisite three-course dinners was nothing short of magical. My colleague and I are so glad we chose this hotel in Sambalpur. The Regenta was clean, modern and comfortable. But above all, it was the staff who made it wonderful. They were so friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. On the last night, we asked for a recommendation for where to eat a traditional Orissa pakhala. The cook instead offered to go out and buy the ingredients so we could eat it in-house. And it was incredible! Really some of the most delicious, unique flavors I've ever had in India.
