Our stay was ok. My kids went to the pool, the room was cold and the water was also. The ceiling was peeling and looked like was falling into the pool. The breakfast was not worth even a free meal. The biscuits were rock hard and the eggs and sausage didn't even look like it was cooked all the way. We have stayed here in the past and this was by far the worst I have seen this place, we no longer will be staying here when visiting family in the area.

The owner was very committed to making a great stay in spite of the challenges with his CC machine and then the satellite TV. Great job by him. Everything is super clean. Shower pressure could be better.

I booked through ******* so my check-in was quick. The gentleman at the front desk was friend me and provided great customer service. My room was clean and comfortable bed. And breakfast was hot and fresh and had a few good options

The male owner could not have been nicer, We stayed with our 2 dogs and the walking area behind the hotel was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was good...very good biscuits and gravy. We will stay there again on our way home from our trip out West,

I mistakenly typed in the wrong location and to cancel the Iowa hotel was more complicated than I had time to straighten out. I’m sure that is no accident, lesson learned, I will never use you people again.

Although my stay was nice I have a huge problem with the ******* listing on the website. The listing says the room I picked sleeps 5 and when I got there it only slept 2. We had guests so we had to switch to a 2 queen room which we dont like. I"m not sure who is responsible for the correctness of the listings but this listing needs help.,

Breakfast was very good, plenty of options and variety. Room and bed was clean and comfy. Would happily stay there again when traveling in the area.

All of the staff was very courteous and helpful.
