Sandals 兑现了承诺。从抵达到接待，再到送至酒店，一切都很顺利——经典的无忧套餐。

度假村面积宽敞，景色优美，维护良好；甚至还提供自行车。这里有很多酒吧和餐厅可供选择。休闲活动种类繁多，令人难以置信：浮潜、潜水、网球、匹克球——应有尽有，而且包含在内。度假村的客人主要是美国人；我们是那里唯一说德语的人。

服务有时令人失望；标准的姓名介绍等等，语气枯燥乏味，上菜时有时还会把盘子拍下来。不过，这里也有一些非常敬业的员工，他们热爱自己的工作，心情也很好。可惜的是，这样的员工寥寥无几，淹没在普通员工的队伍中。那里的职业道德截然不同；不收小费，所以他们几乎不费吹灰之力。

出发再次井然有序；你会提前两天在房间里收到一封包含所有信息的信，一切都进行得顺利快捷。

遗憾的是，我们当时正在那里度蜜月，并且提前通知了酒店。可惜的是，他们根本没有考虑到这一点。

总而言之，这是一个非常棒的度假村，只要你对工作人员和他们的情绪保持耐心，你就不会错过任何东西。;-)

The beach was great! Food quality and choices were good. However, I was unable to make reservations to the restaurants that required reservations because they were fully booked for the next 3 days. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. When I tried to reserve restaurants they simply said nothing is available and they can’t do anything abt it. They did not try to accommodate every guest. The customer service makes this place like every other Caribbean resort that I have been to.

This hotel is absolutely amazing — simply the best! Everything was perfect: the food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole place is beautiful, cozy, and full of charm. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!!!

Save half the money and stay somewhere else. This Sandals is not worth the premium.

The front desk staff was routinely hiding around the corner gossiping, and we had to call for them every time.

One time we asked from our car from the valet, and he took our keys, went outside and sat on the bench. When I approached him 5 minutes later he said he was waiting for someone to drive him over to the car instead of walking.

Upgrading to Club level rooms includes a special club area concierge, but they're rarely there answering the phone and have little power but to redirect you to someone else.

Totally not worth it!
