We were expecting a high level of service at this resort and to our shock we were given a filthy room with dated and damaged furniture. The bathroom was dirty, towels threadbare and there were no hand towels provided. There was one packet of toiletry on a large dusty basket. I don’t think the shower screen had been cleaned in a long time. In spite of requesting two managers an early breakfast, who assured us that this would be organised, we received nothing. On calling up reception - the person on duty hung up on me. While the food at the restaurant was good, service was bad. There was a general air of confusion and mismanagement. We’ve travelled extensively and this is the first time we’ve had a sub-standard experience. Very disappointed. They charge 5 star rates but provide 0 star service

Avoid this resort if you are looking for a family experience. It is not at all upto club mahindra standards. The staff is highly untrained and do not bother about the customers at all. They just don't want to move feom their place. The food is absolutely sub standard and service pathetic. The happy hub people are absent all the time or will refuse the service even after paying. The restaurant staff will refuse to seve you even the water at times. I will go to a normal hotel in Ahmedabad and get a better service than this.

Food, atmosphere, location everything is excellent I have visited 6+ club mahindra resorts, but the food quality, taste and the best part - varieties which they serve at Kensville is THE BEST. I would love to visit Kensville every year…

The experience was wholesome with fun activites and events. Great place to relax from your daily routine. Had fun playing all type of games. It was a great experience to walk in a path surrounded by nature under the clear sky and full of stars. On our last day of stay it was a blast to enjoy a dj party with great food and awesome vibe.

Great atmosphere, property and food. The golf garden and nearby lake is good. Staff is great and really good for weekend outing

hotel staff and attendants were exceptional – always polite, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, housekeeping was efficient, and any request I made was promptly taken care of. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. Food quality is excellent.
