The system itself had to be disabled and the issue fixed, it was entirely out of our control but again we sincerely apologize and hope that you will give our hotel another chance for a better ending to your stay in the future. They took a $10 dollar deposit when I checked in and they never refunded it back to my account. And my room was decent when we left .
