Location is near ooty lake. Peaceful stay. Staff is good and courteous . Limited breakfast options.

This hotel is mentioned as a three star but this hotel is not like a three star at all. It was very normal. There was not even a dental kit in the bathroom. When I saw the photo of this hotel, there were two chairs in the room but when I went there, there was only one. The morning breakfast was not very good and there was no variety.. The restaurant staff were all very polite. Please don't mention as a 3 star hotel. it's normal hotel only

I had booked a room with breakfast and the room I got was not liveable. I couldn’t breadth there also. I requested an upgrade and the guy at the helpdesk misbehaved, I had to speak to the manager, she was a sweet lady, who offered me an upgrade. But what i felt was, if someone is paying to live in a place like ooty, atleast make the room livable, have basic criteria of the room met at the property. I went on the images shown for the property, however it appears that those are downloaded images or not an image for classic and deluxe rooms available for booking.

The room was clean but no coffee tea sachet provided & even had to ask for the electric kettle. These are basics. No demo as how to use the television. Had to call several times for the demo but no response. The food was not good at all. Even breakfast food was not good. Coffee tea was like untouchables. Overall average experience.

Requested for hot water as gizzer was not working since afternoon, there was jo proper response. We did not get hot water. Its impossible to stay in ooty without hot water. Very irresponsible

Food was good and location was also super good. Faced some issue with the cleanliness of bedsheets. Else everything was good.
3. breakfast got over after serving first set of tables. omlet server one-fourth piece. tea coffee was water.. people waiting in queue for 30 mins to get idli

The stay was excellent. the overall experience was excellent and the hotel staff was also good and quite helpful.

The stay in Baron was comfortable and nice. The room was clean and the staff was also very helpful.
We had our dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was good.
The only problem that we faced that the tea bag and coffee powder was not replaced even after asking them to do. It was necessary since the Kitchen opens only at 8.00.
Anyway this was just a minor problem that we faced otherwise the stay was really good.
We would like to thank the management for the same.
one more suggestion - For tourist like us it would really help if the staff is trained to advise the tourist of the places to visit in ooty. Nobody seems to know how to provide any advise when asked.

Extremely pathetic -
1. never cleared rooms
2. staff behaviour extremely arrogant - at complimentary breakfast ill treated everyone.
