Easy parking well lit. Lobby very nice and clean. Friendly staff. The elevator had a very strong chemical smell that went into the hall. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The carpet a little worn but other than that was very nice.

Elevator was broken so having to lug things upstairs was not fun. Not sure if it’s a Monroe thing but toilet water was always yellow? Otherwise nice stay, breakfast was really good especially the biscuits and gravy.

We arrived at midnight and after checking in the desk agent informed us the elevator was broken but would be working in the morning. We had to haul all our stuff and sleepy kids up four flights of stairs. That was the only negative to our stay.

Extremely nice staff. The hotel was clean and convenient to dining and shopping. Nice hot breakfast with plenty of options. Will definitely book again!!

This hotel was refreshingly clean after a long road trip with some questionable stays! I’m so grateful to the hotel staff for making sure this place was immaculate!

The only issue i had was at 10:20a housekeeping came open the door while we were in the middle of getting dressed and out of the shower. They teally should get a list of people who checked out before coming into rooms.

Having to park to far away from the entrance.
Parking was okay except I guess workers or some guests was taking up extra parking spaces by parking sideways with trailer that took up lots of space up front. The air condition in 216 was really loud made it hard to sleep. Everything else was excellent.

房间还可以，就是以化妆品掉到地下滚到洗手盆下面，那里好脏，其他还好，服务员很热情少有的。
