Nice clean hotel with comfy rooms and great breakfast! Location is superb within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants and target.

After a long trip I realized I my room had not gotten confirmed. When I went to the front desk Candace explained the room available online actually was not avaliable and they only had one room left. She was super helpful walking me through the process and very patient. My phone had died and she was happy to put a hold on our setting up while it charged. 100% will be making this my regular hotel for my CO trips. It was my first time traveling solo and it could have been a horrible experience but she made it easy and stress free.

The parking lot is small and shared with a Target store. Also, we didn't get the large 2 room suite that we paid for. We were downgraded to a much smaller room without notice. But they still charged us for the large room that we booked. Poor management.

Upon checking into my room, I encountered several large moths (three alive and one dead on the floor) as well as a small, fast-moving bug in the windowsill. While I understand from the elevator signage that Miller moths are common in Colorado and part of a seasonal migration, the number I found in the room made the experience feel more like a pest issue than a harmless inconvenience. The sign suggested this was a normal part of visiting the region, but from a guest perspective, it did not feel acceptable. Finding multiple insects right away, including a dead one on the floor, gave the impression that the room may not have been thoroughly inspected or cleaned prior to my arrival, which is not what I expect from a Hyatt property. After settling in, we continued to find several more live moths throughout the evening and night, which confirmed that they were actively entering the room. This ongoing presence made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the stay.

非常好，房间又大又干净，还有微波炉。走路2分钟就熟target，5分钟到welgreen可以买氧气去派克峰什么的，非常方便！很满意
这里特别方便，而且可以免费停车！！！旁边走路有好多吃的，还有国内的COCO奶茶啊啊啊啊啊，完全没想到，超级超级棒！！

他们的洗衣设施有问题，噪音极大，靠近时房间都会震动。
位于贝尔马地区中心的便利位置。房间和设施也高于平均水平。工作人员很友好，但是他们的英语很快，对于日本人来说可能很难理解。
