The hotel is beautiful, large room with balcony. Grate bathroom, comfortable, the dinner is good ,however the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was really nice, beds very comfortable and food was fantastic. A little bit out of the city but we didnt mind as we had a car. Parking was easy and free. We paid to use the pool and sauna which was worth it, it was very relaxing. We tried to get a booking was a massage but they were fully booked. Really good stay, recommend it.

The mattress was as hard a rock, the air-conditioning didn't work properly and maintained the room temperature at 24 degrees, you had to pay for the pool and gym, the breakfast was not worth having, you had to pay extra for anything such as a late, and the people in reception didn't care when we advised that the aircon didn't work properly - They just told us how to use it

作为四星级酒店，还不错。五星级不仅仅取决于设施。酒店干净，房间宽敞，公共区域漂亮。但是……1）住客使用水疗中心的基本设施（游泳池、土耳其浴室、桑拿浴室）需要付费。水疗中心没有播放任何轻松的音乐，不允许将头（！！！）浸入池水中，更衣室没有单独的洗发水和沐浴露，开放时间有限。2）床垫非常硬，让人难以入睡。枕头非常不舒服，没有选择选项。3）接待人员应该更有礼貌，愿意进行口头交流，微笑一下也不会有什么坏处。4）房间需要慢慢维护。5）早餐种类有限，绝对不符合五星级酒店的标准。工作人员从来没有来问我们是否需要咖啡（与机器里的咖啡不同）。6）为了在房间里订餐，我们打了 4 个电话，等了很长时间，因为没有人接电话。以上可能是因为我们去的时候不是旺季，但是五星级酒店必须全年保持服务水准。

空间不错，客厅很大，房间和浴室也很大。早餐菜品比较丰富，客房服务也不错，价格也比较实惠。唯一的缺点是，尽管这是一家五星级酒店，但他们并不每天打扫房间，也不更换毛巾。当然，也许这只是一个巧合。
