We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very courteous. They have a bakery and two restaurants. Ine is pure veg. Food was good at both the restaurants. They have a games room. Spa. Pool. It is located on the highway. Rooms are spacious. Would suggest for a short break or staycation.

This is our 4th visit in Rakabi The Fern hotel in 4 months. Now you can understand how much loved this hotel. What you expect from the hotel... QUALITATIVE HOSPITALITY, right!!! This hotel is beyond that mainly due to there EMOTIONAL CONNECTION. There staff treat you as MEHMAAN more rather than a CUSTOMER. After some time you will feel you are part of this (like family member or friend). This proves that HUMAN TOUCH is very important and it should be in top. We mostly communicate with 2 members (SHAKUNTALA ma'am & GANESH MALLICK sir) and both are very good in service. They will feel you, part of Rakabi the fern. This time they surprised us by upgrading the room, food, special cake on the occasion of our 10th marriage anniversary. Dear Shakuntala ji and Ganesh ji God bless you always always!! Everything was fine. My family enjoyed the trip, specially kids. Food was good. Hygiene and ambiance was upto expectation. Hotel staffs were very polite and cooperative.

It's an excellent hotel to stay. I had nice time while staying there. Location is just the perfect. Foods are amazing. I enjoyed each and every items of buffet. It's just delicious. Staffs are extremely friendly and always there to help you. It also has amenities like swiming pool, fully functional gym, kids play area, board room etc. Overall it's really nice one to stay.

Highly recommend Rakabi the Fern for families and friends . Excellent hospitality from start to finish. Beautiful interiors, spotless rooms, and prompt service. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Had a great experience overall. The hotel staff deserves special mention for being polite, respectful, and prompt with service. Truly made us feel welcome.
