This was an awful experience. The beds were terrible, there was no chain lock on the door and there were bugs in the room. I left without spending the night.

While the door lock is fully functional and intact, we can certainly understand the desire to have that additional layer of security. With regards to your mention of bugs, our housekeeping staff takes great care to ensure each room is sanitary and clean for our guests. We saw neither bugs nor evidence of bugs in the room and we were not notified at the time of your stay of either of your concerns. When you checked in, the staff member informed you that should you have any questions or concerns, to please call the number provided as we're happy to help. When you chose to check out of the room, the front desk staff member was also present and available to address and resolve any concerns but none were brought to her attention. As a small family-run business we strive to provide the best level of service to our guests when made aware of any concerns.

It's a nice hotel room was clean!!! It's quiet close to Stroudsburg would definitely stay again. Nice family run hotel!!! Prices are reasonably!!!

Poor condition, walls were such bad condition that we could hear the next room, floor moved when someone walked, someone tried to enter the room at 3 am, next night siren goes off at 5 am, shower would go from burning hot to freezing cold, with slight turn or when someone else turned it on.

I can certainly appreciate your concern over someone mistakenly trying to enter your room rather than their own. As for sirens, we don't have control over borough sirens, nor do we have sirens on our property so while I certainly understand your frustration, that is not something within our control. The hotel was not at all as advertised. The property was old and decrepit. The more recent renos were poorly done and only involved flooring. No bath towels were available, no telephone, no wifi (too weak a signal to hold), and the conference centre adjacent to the rooms should be condemned since it was not in use and clearly falling down. Overall, not at all in line with previous reviews that we read.

With regards to the wifi, your room was directly across from the check-in office and router and the wifi signal is quite strong and an internet speed test confirmed that. We did not have reports of a weak signal from other guests or you during your stay. The historical inn is not in use as it in the process of a two year renovation project. Clean and friendly
Place was clean and people were very friendly but the bed was so hard I woke up with a back ache And could not stay the full three nights.

Upon arrival, this is a very interesting conference center. They definitely should disclose that their rooms do not look like the picture and that half of the property is pretty much abandoned, which I found fascinating but other people may not. I definitely wanna know the story as to why the other half is abandoned. The functioning part wasn’t terrible. The rooms are definitely very outdated. The woman at check-in was extremely sweet. There is no pool. It’s on the abandoned part.

The historic inn is undergoing a renovation and is currently not accessible to the public however the pool/hot tub area located next to our current king rooms is merely awaiting permitting for reopen following renovation. An interesting place. Not for everyone; but with the old hotel, I found the site to be an adventurous place to stay. Price was very good and it was clean and has WiFI. I would stay there again.

The property is fairly clean. It’s very dated. You are essentially sleeping in a trailer next to an abandoned building. My bed had a huge dip in the center. It served our purpose, but I would not go back or recommend.

酒店前台那位（可能是韩国籍的）工作人员态度非常不友好。我预订了两间房，但他却说我只付了一间房的钱，强行向我收取了另一间房的费用。当时已经是深夜，我别无选择。后来他又说自己弄错了，才把钱退给我。
他的行为非常粗鲁，房间里还发生了漏水。
空调系统也无法正常工作。
这是我这辈子住过最糟糕的酒店，我绝对不会推荐任何人入住。
