Couple exploring Asheville
We were visiting relatives in Weaverville and this hotel was convenient. We also walked in the neighborhood, which was pleasant. We are fans of TownePlace Suites and have never been disappointed whatever city we are in.

The hotel and room were fine but for $250 a night I expected it to be downtown. I came to see Leanne Morgan at Harrah’s and stayed here because it was walking distance to Harrah’s. It is walking distance and it was fine for me, but not for older people or anyone who minds walking uphill and across busy streets. It is Asheville though so hills should be expected. I walked to Grove Arcade downtown in about 15-20 minutes and I was taking my time. Overall I am happy with the stay. I just think it was a little pricey for the location. You hear a lot of road noise and I could hear the people in the room above me walking around. I’m a light sleeper so that was annoying.
