Amy went above and beyond for our kids and the room! The staff was so polite and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and had a great stay. Pool was cold so the staff turned up the heat for us to make sure temp was good!

Fix the elevator
Fix the elevator. It was broken during September stay and then again during October. Carrying luggage down four flights is no joke. I had four joint replacements and husband was two weeks out from pacemaker surgery and could not lift over 10 pounds, thus no real help in carrying bags. Front desk clerk just said he was sorry, never offering to help with luggage even when I told him our circumstances.
I stay here about 6 times a year for 2 or more days each visit, but may have to rethink stay.
Breakfast was good and other staff is very friendly and helpful.

My one regret is I was intending on watching football but they did not have regular broadcast channels. NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX. They relied on the channels that came with the tv. Iknow because I have the same tv.

The staff could have been more friendly & focused on their job.
The 2 ladies at the front desk were talking on their cell phones a few times when I went to talk to them.
The guy who works the breakfast wasn't nice. He was rude & disrespectful to my wife. He also, very clearly, engaged with black customers In a more polite manner. The manager seriously needs to pay attention to the 3 of them. Because of them, my family & i will NEVER stay there again. It's sad that these 3 Individuals are the face of your business.
