I would have to say that Tina was a breath of fresh air. She made check in amazing and customer service is top notch! Thank you Tina! I hope your pillow is always cold when you lay down to sleep! Amazing stay!

Amy at front desk remembered my name from last visits. She is top notch in customer care and friendliness. Room was clean and roomy and bed was comfortable. Priced right too!

The room was good for sleeping, however it is clear that there have been some rough tenants in the past. There were patches of drywall on the walls and the bathroom dehumidifier/fan was not working which made the room quite humid. The staff was really great though and always helpful and kind. The breakfast was also a huge positive for our stay.

The room was wonderful, the night staff (Dustin) was not. The room next to us had their alarm set for 3 AM and they didn’t shut it off. We tried to call downstairs, but they had the phone off the hook so it went to voicemail immediately. My husband went downstairs and Dustin said that we could move to a new room (at 3 AM mind you), we didn’t want to, so Dustin called the room and said nobody answered he then said he would go knock on the door. Dustin did, in fact, not knock on the door and finally at 3:35 AM my husband went down to the desk again, because of course the phone was still going straight to voicemail. Dustin came and banged on the door at 3:40 AM, and finally the alarm turned off at 3:42 AM. Well, I understand that people leave their alarms on, I don’t understand the front desk going immediately to voicemail, the fact that Dustin was in the office with the lights off, watching something on a smartphone and not doing anything. I just cannot understand why it took so long to take any action, and why no matter how many times I called the reception desk went straight to voicemail.

Our stay was for less than 24hrs and during that time the elevator went out of service. We were in a handicap room on the fourth floor which limited our ability to access the breakfast offered and the pool. Upon inquiry, members of the cleaning staff indicated the elevator going out of service was a regular occurrence and the last time was less than a week prior to our stay. No notice was put on the elevator doors so we were left to stand for 15 min waiting.

Amy went above and beyond for our kids and the room! The staff was so polite and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and had a great stay. Pool was cold so the staff turned up the heat for us to make sure temp was good!
