When we checked into our room, the door was already propped open, the TV was on and the bed had been sat on. Clerk said housekeeping must have done that by accident but it certainly did seem awkward. Requested another room but they were sold out. Probably my last stay at a Main Stay.

My stay here was easy and very satisfying! Check in was a breeze and all the information was given to us right away. We had a great room and the lobby was very clean and organized.
Room cleaning didn’t come as I thought they would so that kind of ****** but they had someone at the front desk so we just went there.
There was a time we went to get snacks from the little store area and no one was for for a few minutes so that ****** too but we made due still enjoyed our stay.
Staff is friendly, wonderful, informative, and secure. The place is beautiful and cozy. It almost felt like we had our own apartment for real. My stay was amazing and we all enjoyed it (baby included) so i definitely will be booking here again if I can and recommending to everyone to stay here!

One staff member was outstanding. The others weren't. The room had a sticky spot on the floor from previous guests. Breakfast was good and the pool. Although claimee to be heated was cold

We found the room cleaned as good as my children would have cleaned it. The floor was dirty and a few wrappers tucked into the corner. The spackle was coming off the walls and it didnt look great. The guests upstairs at 11pm sounded like they were wearing concrete slippers. The coffee and juice bar that was supposed to be on 24/7 was turned off. The tv was a roku and you had to sign into with your own passwords to watch which i didnt understand i just wanted normal tv. The breakfast was nonexistent and we had to wait for more to be made. We ended up leaving not very happy with the service.

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk to check us in. I had to call the phone number to get someone's attention. Went up to the room, it was propped open and the TV was on. Front desk said it must've been housekeeping that left it open but it made us uncomfortable. The pool was completely covered in white foam. We asked if it was safe to swim and the front desk had no idea. Overall room was decently clean. Breakfast had a good variety.

I booked a handicap accessible room but did not get one. Luckily they had a bath chair we could use. When we checked in we did not have any towels in our room. We had a kitchen but all of the dishes were put away dirty. We had no housekeeping services during our 4 day stay. We had to ask to get new towels and have our garbage's emptied. The bathrooms were pretty dirty (grout and around the tub). Everything else was good.

Spent 2 days with my family. The room was big.
The bathroom wasn't clean, the dishes also was dirty.
I'm not sure I'll go back, but other than that the staff was nice and professional.
