Had a really pleasant experience dining at Eatology. The restaurant has a calm and welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Matka Biryani. Served in a traditional clay pot, it had amazing flavor, perfectly cooked rice, and well-balanced spices. The aroma and taste were both spot on—truly satisfying for biryani lovers. Special thanks to Mr. Ashish, the Restaurant Manager, for his excellent hospitality. He personally made sure every guest was looked after and that the service was smooth throughout. If you're in Gwalior, I’d highly recommend giving Eatology a try. Great food, great service—worth every visit!

The stay was good, the restaurant staff Mr. Raju and the reception staff's behavior was very good and the room service staff was not right, they called many times, they brought the water bottle in 1:30 hours and ignored the coffee items, water is free in the room but they added money for that as well, I did not enjoy in Gwalior
