酒店回复: Dear Guest, I am sorry for your issue with the lock, but our staff seems to have handled the issue appropriately, the room was immediately changed and maintance was immediately contacted. Additionally each room has a secondary chain lock. As for the people walking around the parking lot, that tends to happen when the hotel is nearly full, people walking dogs, people out smoking (since we are a non smoking facility inside), guests coming and going from their vehicles, that is all very normal activity. Our parking lot is very well lit, not only by our own outdoor lighting but by the freeway lighting also. As for the semis parked out front, yes we do have semi parking (a total of six spots) out front because drivers need to sleep also! We appreciate you choosing the Royal Inn and Suites for your stay here in Akron!

优点：房间干净。自动售货机价格合理。饼干、肉汁、松饼和果汁都很不错。
缺点：床太小，床铺尺寸过大，放在类似文件柜的地方。没有地毯，走在光秃秃的地板上感觉很奇怪。卫生间马桶冲水声音很大，我们房间外的门关上也很响。
好吧，我看了所有评论，心想看来很多人对这里很满意，但也有人很讨厌。首先，这家酒店根本不配得上“优秀”的评价。他们显然很努力，但我立刻就不满意了，因为我的房间根本锁不上。所以我又跑了一趟车去取车，结果我一用力推门，门就弹开了。我当时惊呆了！作为一个单身女性旅行者，这让我非常紧张。当我告诉前台工作人员时，她似乎对我的抱怨一点也不感到惊讶。我在想，天哪，怎么会有人经常跟你抱怨房门锁不上呢？
总之，说实话，我也很担心停车场和周围走动的人。整体氛围很糟糕。对老板来说……如果前面没有停着那辆18轮大卡车，氛围可能会好一些。我感觉自己真的像是来到了一个卡车停靠站，这让我……我不知道，它看起来不像是一家普通的酒店，感觉就像一个卡车停靠站。
好的一面是，当我被安排到另一个房间，并被安全地锁在房间里过夜后，感觉很舒服。床很舒服。我检查了有没有臭虫，没有发现任何痕迹。房间相当安静。空调运行良好。一切都看起来很干净，没有地毯……整个房间都是瓷砖地板。浴室的台面是用螺丝固定在墙上的一小块破木头。这很奇怪，因为其他一切都做得相当不错。修好门吧！！！！
这个地方很糟糕。我的房间又旧又脏。没有早餐——是不是要许可证？我入住的时候，没有人告诉我任何关于早餐、退房或任何便利设施的事情。房间里没有电话，所以我没法打电话到前台询问任何事情，除非我查到号码然后用手机打过去。浴室里有一块破旧的木板歪歪扭扭地用螺丝钉固定在墙上，当作架子，但上面全是白色的粉状物质。毛巾又旧又脏——一点绒毛都没有！必须承认床很舒服，我睡得也还不错。没有咖啡壶，但有一个小微波炉和一个相当大的冰箱。我想情况可能会更糟。我确实有一个感觉相对安全的地方住，所以就是这样。
喜欢友善的员工和早餐。除了半夜有个员工敲我的门，说要报警，因为我房间冒烟。结果发现有人在隔着几扇门，最后被警察抓住了。外面看起来有点乱，但进了房间就好多了。

Recently remodeled. Room looked good. Extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. Pleasant, efficient staff. Meh, breakfast. Tremendous value.
