Air conditioning is not working properly. Hair on the floor and sink, found mouse droppings on floor near sink area. The Non-smoking room reeks of stale cigarette smoke. Water pressure in shower is nonexistent. I would not recommend this hotel even for the low price.

We played a game of what is that stain. The carpet hasn’t been cleaned since, I don’t know when. The shower has more hair in it (that didn’t belong to us) than on my husband’s head. The sink facet moves more than a bobble head.

The cleanliness of the rooms were spot on. The staff was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the area. Planning a longer trip back to Newnan and will definitely revisit on my next journey. The swimming pool was under reconstruction, but it was February. Love Love Love.

My husband discarded some tobacco in the bathroom trash can and the hotel said that was "proof" that he smoked in the room (which he did not). They charged $250 for this after checking out and will not refund the money. The room doors open directly outside (no hallways) - you can literally open the door and step outside to smoke yet they used the tobacco as an excuse to charge $250. My husband tried several times to call to get them to refund the money but was told he had to speak with the "manager" that never seemed to be there or had "just left" Best bet is to avoid this hotel because there is no telling what charges you might get after you leave.
