Don’t stay here! Disgusting! Got in late after hours of driving and didn’t pay too much attention to the room, morning came and finally got a good look. Glass on the bathroom floor, and stains on side of bed, and a bed bug! Talk to the office just to inform them and was told I would receive a refund after 1pm when the manager comes in- I come in and the manager and the front dest lady are going over two other refunds due to bugs. The manager walked off when the front dest lady started talking to me but I needed his approval. She went back to get him and he basically made her be the messenger about 3 times before I insisted on talking to HIM directly. He proceeded to tell me that I would get a refund in a week if the pest control came out and found bugs- I tried to explain to him that I was already told I would receive a refund after showing picture of the state of the room. He yelled and told me I’m now not getting a refund at all- I asked him to allow me to speak and he just walked off. I waited and asked her to go get him again. He came back out yelling and cussing at me saying to get out and I get no refund. I told him to have a better day and it’s sad to see a manager acting like that then was yelled and cussed at some more before walking out.
also I didn’t even expect a refund when I went to the front desk in the morning to show the pictures, I just wanted to make them aware of the rooms state, they offered the refund!

Staffs are polite and courteous, but the room doesn’t have coffee maker, hope the breakfast is good.

First Room #152: couldn't find TV remote control, turn tv on with button at bottom of FlatScreen but do nothing else; looked in all drawers & behind furniture. Call desk, no answer; walk all way across facility Register Person said 'will find another remote'. Remote1 not very user-friendly, then "Baymont SignIn screen' asks for password that was not provided. Back To Desk 2nd time-he comes can't seem to figure out, gets Remote2 more issues. RegisterPerson says "move you to Room162" after he tested TV. Room162: had to find Fridge Cord behind furniture to plug in - Trash & dirty on all cables/cords behind Cabinet!! Carpeting & hard-surface flooring very dirty-feet were black next morning & light colored socks were discolored & felt sticky. Facility entry doors were not locked-never had to use our Key Card coming inside, only use Card to enter both Rooms!! Notice posted at Reception Desk about work on Pool & Conference Room; many obvious spots thru out Facility that much updating needs to be done, but that is not a reason to neglect daily housekeeping -- kind of explains why the online Room Rate was lower than other area Lodgings. The bed was comfortable. This Facility definitely was not up to the standards we usually find at a Baymont location.

水槽漏水严重(漏到地板上)
熨衣板没有熨斗
电视没有遥控器
很脏
第一个房间没有电源插头(微波炉、电视等)。
没有广告宣传的早餐。咖啡不加糖。
第一次也是最后一次住在这里
物有所值,唯一好的地方就是房间比较安静,直到有人让他们的小孩在走廊里乱跑。而且我房间那边的制冰机坏了,所以我不得不走几分钟到另一边,来回走一趟才能拿到冰块。
早上6点没有早餐/咖啡,因为我必须在7点前到岗。
当你进入卧室区域时,会有一股非常难闻的气味,晚上有点吵。它实际上并不像一家酒店,我认为它更适合呆几个小时,仅此而已。不作为住宿
广告宣传的大多数功能都没用。工作人员根本不知道连通房或相邻房是什么。
