booked the room via app around 6pm and received a call/vm about 30 mins later asking if we were still coming even though room was paid in full which is 1st time I've ever received a call; I called them back and asked if they were overbooked or there was an issue and was told "no we just wondered if you were coming" -- I said we were at CP and would be there later. Very strange. At check-in around 1030pm the guy said they needed a $100 hold for "incidentals". Breakfast was mediocre, cramped space, we took our items and ate in the car to get away from the chaos inside. Will not be returning.

酒店回复: I am sorry for the inconvenience our confirmation phone call caused you. We call all of our arrivals on the day of to confirm their reservation. This is beneficial for us as well as our guests. There have been many times our guests accidentally booked the wrong date or thought they had cancelled their reservation. By calling our guests in advance we can avoid them being charged for a room they no longer need.If you pay cash or your reservation is booked through a third party we do require a deposit. When you book your room through a third party they do not send us your credit card information, they send us a virtual card which we bill so we do need to put your credit card on file. I am very sorry you were not happy during your stay with us and we would relish another opportunity to serve you.

Always stay here when going to Cedar Point a few times a year. It’s cheaper and convenient just down the road. The breakfast is decent and they also do popcorn and cookies. Thirsty Pony is across the street we walk there for pizza and drinks.

We didn’t get the room we reserved only had one bed instead of 2 and the staff was very rude to my girlfriend.

Bugs laid in the windown seal when we opened curtains, bathroom had a couple bugs in the tub, tv was not working when we arrived but was fixed quickly. Dated and could of been cleaned better. Beds were "decent"

Clean room comfy bed didn’t use the pool, hotel rooms are not sound proofed very well, you can hear the folks above you walking if your in a bottom floor room overall great deal

Perfect for one night, just passing through town!
Nothing really happened to make me feel this way but it did come across as a sketchy neighbourhood. Other than that, the staff were amazing. Breakfast was great! There was a pancake machine for hot food. Lots of cereal, muffins, breads, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice and fountain drinks.
Pool is clean and the kids enjoyed swimming when we weren't at Cedar Point.
Beds were clean. Appreciated the mini-fridge with freezer and microwave. There was no coffee machine but there's coffee in the lobby. There was a hairdryer and there was supposed to be an iron but it was missing. It was perfect for one night. We were just passing through town hoping to ride a few rides at CP on the way home. So, it was perfect for what we needed! Thank you!
房间脏兮兮的，地毯也臭烘烘的。房间里弥漫着一股烟味。肮脏肮脏的酒店，那种在高速公路边上住的。这房间最多也就40美元。我入住后看了房间，就想离开。我老婆不太喜欢住在这里。别来这家酒店了。
千万别住这里
这是我住过的最差的地方。多花点钱，不如住别的地方。所有东西都坏了，床也不舒服，房间里还有苍蝇和蚊子。楼上住户的声音清晰可闻，他们整晚都在跺脚，房间里的设施都坏了。史上最差的地方！！！
房间很脏，到处都是死虫子。浴室角落里有蜘蛛网。床单很脏。我们不得不去前台要求换新的床上用品。总的来说，房间让我们感觉很脏，几乎不想洗澡，甚至不想在那里睡觉。
