everything was very good, except the TV didn't work and an attempt to analyze the problem was incompetent. Somehow only one channel would work after multiple staff attempts.

Travel very often for work and always stay at this hotel. It is always clean, quiet, the room are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and the continental breakfast has more options than a lot of places.

When we checked into our room we discovered a used bar of soap in the shower and a thawed bloody steak in the freezer. The person at the front desk took care of it, but then at 3:30 AM we were wakened by loud music, called the front desk to complain. The music stopped for 30 minutes then started again. We called the front desk again and the music stoppped for the rest of the night. In the morning the hallways andelevator smelled like pot.

I tried to contact the manager and didnotget any response.

Terrible experience.

The property is easily accessible from the roadway, and close to dining and shopping options. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was a great place to stay for the night. Breakfast had many options available in the morning.

Soft relaxing music was playing while checking in and there were snacks and lemonade and lemon water out during the day and evening. Breakfast had many healthy options as well.

The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. When we checked in there was a cleaning rag in our room on the counter (no biggie) then we found a piece of smashed candy and a large toenail clipping on the edge of the couch cushion. Disgusting! There were particles on the desk and bathroom counter. The sink was not cleaned. The shower has great water pressure but standing in the shower is uncomfortable and a little dangerous because the bottom of the tub has warped so there is a small valley down the center and you can't put your foot down flat. The tub was also incredibly slippery.

There’s a few food options within walking distance. You can definitely tell the age of the property. The staff is really nice, but my room had what looked like burns on the bathroom sink, toilet wasn’t cleaned. if you’re looking for something just for sleep, the bed was comfortable.
