Ok. Do not count on a hot breakfast as you may have had at other Country Inn and Suites. Not a good breakfast. Outside pool, closed for season, turning green. Allows pets, $25 per pet. Since traveling with pets, I’ve come to realize hotels necessarily relegate certain room for those with animals. All in all, pretty clean for a “pet” room. Does have hairdryers. Would consider staying here again, for a heck of a deal.

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is not pleasant at all, smells old, stains on carpet, rooms need updating (bathroom was nicer than room). Pool was closed which disappointed our softball group staying, but honestly I don’t think I would have wanted them swimming in it. I will say the breakfast area was clean thankfully but limited options. I was tempted to find another place to stay as soon as we started walking to our room.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all our needs and the room was comfortable and clean. One suggestion we can make is that we would have liked to have been informed ahead of time that the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room had furniture that was dirty, burns on the nightstands, desk, etc. Shower stall handle was broken. Breakfast was basically non-existent. We will not return, very disappointing. Bed was hard but appeared to be the only clean furniture item in the room.

Thanks Country Inn and Suites. Our stay was definitely pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms were cleaned and staff pleasant. We understand the continental breakfast due to the current conditions. We wish there was fruit available but again, we certainly understand. Thanks again, and we will stay again in the future.

Worn down- other nicer hotels for the same price

This hotel is worn down. There are stains on everything. The bed sheets were stained and torn. The carpet is stained and bleached and the interior walls have peeling paint or globs of unknown items. It smelled like pot in the evening throughout the entire hotel and coffee started to penetrate and wake me up at 3 am. The walls are paper thin and the ceiling creaked like a historic house. You can hear people snoring through the walls.

We stayed one night at the Country Inn and Suites. Although our room was not a suite, it met our needs for our one night. The staff were very friendly and acommodating. The soda machine was not working, but the ice was. The breakfast was good in the morning. We would stay there again.

It is a nice hotel. Quiet and convenient to I-77. It does need a bit of updating. The staff is excellent! Staff member Khdija is very friendly and has a great personality.
