We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay, though I am surprised by your comments, as none of these issues were brought to our attention during your visit.Our property has been recently renovated, and we take great care to maintain it. I personally assisted you multiple times during your stay — including with trash and fresh towels — and nothing was mentioned about mold, leaks, or any other concerns. In fact, everything ended with a kind goodbye, so this review came as an unfortunate surprise.That said, we take all feedback seriously and will still inspect the unit thoroughly to ensure everything is up to standard. If there was any issue we missed, we would have gladly addressed it immediately had we been made aware.We do wish you the best moving forward and appreciate you choosing to stay with us.
酒店回复: Hi Barbara, sorry to hear your experience was poor but we appreciate the feedback. Generally cabins are equipped with paper towels, dish soap, and light kitchenware which is noted, however, if we have any additional items that are preferred management can supply them for you. Images of our cabins are always available showing the interior and exteriors of the units, but we have other wonderful units with porches for guests to enjoy.

我预订房间时并不知道需要爬13级楼梯。我刚做完膝关节置换手术，所以楼梯对我来说是“不”的。好在Wagon Wheel酒店的经理很热情，看到了我的情况，把我们的房间换到了一楼。非常感谢你们的热情好客。房间和我们的住宿体验都堪称完美。
墙壁和地板需要彻底清洁。淋浴水压不足。毛巾不足。需要主动要求。如果能在浴室里加点纸巾和挂钩就更好了。
非常老旧，维护不善。浴室天花板发霉，淋浴时天花板漏水。我们很失望，因为根据照片和一些评论，我们本来期待更好的。
我很喜欢这套房子，感觉像是全新的，而且超级干净。地理位置非常适合我们的需求，价格也合适。我绝对会推荐给大家，以后还会再来的。
缅因州海岸附近经济实惠的住宿
缅因州海岸附近很棒的小地方。虽然只住了一晚，但感觉安全舒适。床也很棒！！

停车位有限，厨房区域没有毛巾，缺少餐具和烹饪用品，进入房间时空调不热，挤在一起像沙丁鱼一样，而且没有前廊可以坐在外面。

前台的员工对我们非常好，给我们推荐了两家很棒的餐厅吃晚餐。下次我返回缅因州时，这将是我过夜的首选目的地。
