Very poor service in each and every department, Restaurant service is extremely poor, unprofessional staff and we have ordered indian food, they prepared and delivered all *****.. And vanished... They don't even know that plays would be required to eat, I have asked some one to give.. He also disappeared... It was the pathetic experience... We are here to celebrate New Year... Also room service is poor.. We have to wait for minimum 30 min ... Oh wait.. It's not fully occupied... I think service is the issue... I don't even seen any senior person in Hotel whom I can complain about all this, Redisson is a good brand.. And I am a regular visitor of Redisson, I think you need to take care of this...

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Hotel in Baga, Goa. The property is well-maintained, welcoming, and delivers a consistently comfortable experience—just what we expect from Radisson. A special mention goes to Duty Manager Ankush Baniyal, who truly made our stay exceptional. Despite his busy schedule, he was always attentive, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Every request was handled promptly and always with a genuine smile. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction stood out and added a personal touch to our trip. Overall, a fantastic experience and a reminder of why it’s always good to be back at Radisson. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning!

Great location - right inthe centre . Breakfast service is poor - generally stale food is pushed and when we question, comes back with a defiance … not sure if this is the raddision standard - and when one asks for hotel manager/ duty manager to meet and solve for it - we are told that they are not available / they don’t come - very sad state of affairs

Landed early this morning, well before the hotel’s standard check-in time of 2 PM. By a stroke of luck, I happened to meet Mr. Ankush Banyal, the Duty Manager, whose exceptional sense of hospitality truly stood out. A room had just been vacated, and he personally ensured it was prepared and ready — allowing me to check in seamlessly and unwind after my journey. It’s these thoughtful gestures and attention to detail that define true luxury hospitality. ✨
