The rooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I’ve stayed here a few times this year and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Overall Good
Overall was good. Floor was dirty and there was a toothpick left in the trash can, but loved the long bench in the room. More hotel rooms should have this. The bathroom had good counter space too. Staff was nice and is in a great location.

The facilities were great and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was one of our queen size beds creaked and made loud noises every time I moved and it kept waking up my wife and child. Other than that everything was amazing! We love the AC hotel. This was our second stay here and we will stay there again!

Hotel front desk staff is great!! I had some issues because my last name was spelled differently on my reservation and they didn’t stop until they corrected it!! Morgan, Fran, and the sweet girl when I checked in were wonderful!

The room looked as though there had been a fight in there. The lamp was beat up, scratches on the wall and a large paint splatter on the door.
