I booked this property given its location. The price tag of the room was relatively higher and i expected some basic facilities - chair & study table; electric kettle; towels; hangers in the wardrobe; soaps & shampoo packs in bathroom. Unfortunately none of these basic facilities were provided inspite of the fact that they charged a higher tariff. The room very small and full of mosquitos. No mosquito repellant was provided.
Overall a very poor stay. The location which is very near to sector 13 metro station is the only postive aspect of my stay here.

Horrible experience staying at southwest hotel delhi. No towel body was gel available in bathroom. It was provided only after complaint. Breakfast items are very limited in veraiety. No fruits available. Lift doesn’t go up to ground floor, only to first floor. Yo need to carry your luggage to ground floor via stairs, which is not convenient. This is not three star hotel as claimed. I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel at all.

We have paid 5500 rs per night for this hotel and the property is not good. As per our experience this property cost is not more than 1500 rs. We have given daily request to mm t for cancellation but property team denied which is unhappy for us. This property is worst experience for me in my 10 years of mm t experience
酒店服务态度极差，经理Bikesh和Sunny谎称预订的是超级豪华房，结果客人到了之后发现他们给的是蚊子满是的普通豪华房。夜班经理Sunny态度极其恶劣，根本不理会站在前台的客人，只顾着自己干活。网上展示的房间照片只是他们酒店里一个房间的实拍图，而且他们还从不同角度拍摄同一间房的照片，试图营造出有很多不同房间的假象，结果到了酒店发现他们撒谎了。
早餐安排，包括食物和环境都非常糟糕。没有风扇或空调，选择也很少。空调在8月13日至14日晚上停止工作，他们也没能修好。也没有提供毛巾。
是的，这次体验非常好，因为我和女朋友住在一起。唯一让我不太满意的是，有人不停地来敲门，然后我一开门他们就消失了。
房间有点旧，厕所不干净，镜子也坏了。如果你通过其他应用程序以低价预订，他们甚至不提供免费瓶装水。
糟糕透顶的体验，简直无语，千万别住！房间脏兮兮的，没有客房服务，电梯也很脏，服务还很慢。
房间很脏，空调漏水，床上全是污渍，而我却为此支付了4000卢比。
