So let me just start by saying that the staff and the hotel is absolutely amazing. My stay there was comfortable. They provided everything that I needed and then some. The staff is great especially the nighttime lady. I want to say her name is Miss Marilyn. She is absolutely adorable. I love her. Yeah this is a great place to check into if you’re going to visit North Carolina if you have business in North Carolina or even if you just wanna get away from the kids for a couple of nights, this is your place

Your Average Spot with Clean Breakfast Room
Probably the only thing that seemed clean and good was the breakfast room itself. The actual breakfast was bare minimum, but there was a Belgium waffle maker. The room was dingy. Stains on the couch. Paint was not fresh. Towels then and cheap. Speaking of...there was only one set of towels when we checked in. The next morning, I called the desk to ask for more and she told me they were out of towels. Luckily, they brought some up within the hour. There was a spider web on the window pane (inside). The elevator was sketchy. Surprisingly, the staff was nice. But, it served the basic need. We got some rest. Nothing stood out as "great". The breakfast room was clean, at least.

It was okay. We didn't get to eat breakfast because the service time was from 6 to 9am. They need to extend the breakfast time.
The building is pretty old, there was a big giant spider by the elevator. We had difficulties opening the screen door to the porch, it needs lubricant.
The refrigerator was nice and big and the dinning area was very spacious.
We were on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the surrounding area.

Several water bugs on the floor in the lobby. Also, workers were loud in the hallway. Hotel rooms smells.

Great Front Desk staff
The building looks new on the outside and the rooms needed updating. I was not expecting the halls and interior to look the way they did.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made up for everything that was lacking in the physical condition and appearance.

The staff was very nice. Always trying to make me comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The neighborhood is run down but never felt unsafe. Property is pretty clean. A little trash here and there but cared for. Parking was good. I would stay again.
