One elevator was out of order, the pool was cold, and the breakfast lacked quality options. For a quick stay it was fine though, great location, easy parking, and room was nice. Just overpriced for what it offered.

Booked this hotel because it was close to ISU and accommodated five people. It turned out to be a great decision. The front desk was gracious and welcoming. Our room was already ready so they checked us in early and allowed us to stay late. The room was clean, had plenty of room, and we appreciated the full-sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee in the room as well as coffee and tea available all day.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Facility was pretty-really liked the front lobby/breakfast area. Room was comfortable and quiet. Hotel is on edge of town so I heard no traffic noise. Was an odor to room and was crumbs in sofa bed when we opened it. But Management got us a new mattress cover when I asked and were helpful. Overall, we liked it there and would stay there again.

Loved that this property is relatively quieter though by major interstates. It is also walkable to fast chargers for evs.

Common areas and room were very clean. Staff was friendly. Only minus was the loud music in the workout room. I asked if the music could be turned down or changed and was told it couldn't. I didn't like the music and it was so loud noise canceling headphone's didn't help.

Our stay was great. The beds were extremely comfortable. The general manager happened to be working the evening we checked in. He was personable, kind, and funny. I have never encountered someone while checking into a hotel, that seemed to truly care.
