Great location overall. Close enough to walk Downtown or to the RAD. Clean. New rooms. Amazing staff. Very friendly. The roof top bar and restaurant has incredible views. Traffic noise on the side of the building facing the highway is LOUD. The rooms are equipped with white noise machines but it doesn’t make for a great experience. We were on the 4th floor. Maybe it’s better on other floors.

Very clean room, super friendly and helpful staff, and the warm cookies at check-in were AMAZING!!! Will definitely be staying at a Double Tree again.

Great views from the room.
The sheets were clean, but the carpet and other furniture surfaces were not. The door of my room malfunctioned throughout my stay.

房间蛮干净，从窗户能看到远处的山峦和森林，北卡的森林覆盖率很高，空气清新，酒店位置在高速旁，虽然离市中心很近，但还是要开车，步行不方便，周边道路太多，服务态度不错，稍有点怠慢。
阿什维尔市中心很棒的酒店。房间干净，床很舒服。员工也很友好。

非常棒的酒店。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。房间很舒适。自助早餐不错，但其他餐饮选择有限。屋顶酒吧和楼下的用餐区提供可分享的菜肴，但没有三明治或其他常见的菜肴。他们总是随机地向我的信用卡账户扣款，声称是为了支付杂费，这让我很恼火，因为我每次都会收到通知。为什么不提高原来的金额，或者等到退房再说呢？
希尔顿酒店宽阔的钥匙入口问题解决了之后，我们酒店的问题依然存在。一位非常友善且耐心的客服/维修人员过来查看，解释说门闩没有完全缩回。我该重新装修一下那些老旧设施了。请看看613的厕所，简直是一场闹剧。我发誓我不会写这种营销、吹嘘的评论，现在我却来了。由于公司庞大的分包商，任何问题都无法得到解决。早餐很方便，但质量很差，我真的会很尴尬。依靠一个品牌运营的时间有限。我曾经是它的忠实粉丝，但我知道它的标准已经全面下降了。
