We arrived in our room on Friday evening. I noticed that the toilet did not have a functional flush to it. When I called down to the lobby, I was told that maintenance would not be available until Saturday. Because of this, my sister and I were not able to use the toilet for the rest of the night. On Saturday morning, we were able to use the bathroom facilities in the lobby. We were told that someone would be able to look at the toilet later in the day. The toilet did eventually get fixed. Friday evening was very frustrating but Saturday evening was excellent.

We were disappointed by the lack of attention to things like laminate flooring that was coming up in the bathroom, no water (non- functioning dispenser, rather) in the gym, large dried blood stain on pillow (under pillow case - but still) and the texting service was not operational even though you receive a welcome text and it instructs you to send requests using this method.

Overall stay was good but the room needs some maintenance. Both faucets where broke one on the tub and in the bathroom where broke the handle on the shower was broke the couch hand a hole in it and was dirty and the lamps had two different color bulbs in them.
从外面看，你根本猜不到这家酒店需要维修。房间确实存在一些问题，需要好好整修一下。不过，房间很干净，工作人员也很友好。另外需要注意的是，由于靠近高速公路和繁忙的街道，酒店非常吵闹。
我们的淋浴坏了，除了顶楼以外，其他地方都找不到冰块，他们应该在每一层都提供冰块，尤其是主楼层。健身房的饮水机也坏了。还有，早餐在工作日9点就结束了，他们应该把时间改到10点，度假的人都喜欢睡懒觉，然后再准备。
******* 太糟糕了。我明明想预订当天的房间，你们的网站却毫无预警地自动改成了第二天晚上，结果我付了钱却住不了。我以后再也不会用 ******* 了。
我之所以没给五星，唯一的原因就是淋浴间的花洒和浴帘有点问题。其他方面都很棒，我已经预订了下次入住，下次如果他们再给我安排同一个房间，我一定会要求换一个。
五晚住宿期间没有房间打扫。预订信息上说第四晚之后会打扫一次，但我们一直把“请打扫房间”的牌子挂在那里。洗衣房坏了，而且已经关闭了。没有婴儿床。
我们入住的房间到达时水龙头坏了，但除此之外一切都很棒！工作人员非常乐于助人。
一切都很好，只是网上说他们有折叠床，但我到的时候却被告知他们不提供。
