Unfortunately, there was mold growing on the bed when we unfolded the sofa-bed where our children were supposed to sleep.
We brought it to the attention of the staff member on duty at the front desk. He offered us a new room that had a pungent odor, then became belligerent when we asked for a new sofa bed or a different room that didn't smell badly.
It was a surprising set of circumstances that the room was so bad AND the service was so bad. We packed our bags and got out of there without sleeping there for a single night!
Bless your heart of you stay there and get a good room that doesn't have mold and that doesn't have a pungent odor, or some other problem! But that was our experience.
Lastly, before the mgr, gets on this platform and refutes everything we say, please note, we took pictures and video.

The room was clean and comfortable! It was spacious and enjoyable! Breakfast was good but I would add an alternative meat to pork also. Everything was good overall.

This hotel is definitely a "get what you pay for" place. It was inexpensive and clean enough for the quick amount of time that I was there. The breakfast was awful. They had runny sausage gravy (like water thin), and what looked like fried eggs, but they were all stuck together and rubbery and the sausage had a weird taste. I pretty much gave up at that point, and decided on a bowl of cereal, and even that was stale. They did have waffles and that actually saved the day. The waffle iron and batter was great. I normally like protein at breakfast, but at least I didn't starve, and had a great fresh waffle. Maybe they should just stick with that!

For a Comfort Suites, it’s about as good as it gets. The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. The room was large and overall clean although it is starting to look tired with some carpet damage. The highway noise is a bit distracting however that’s why we chose the property to easily stop on a road trip.

For the 6 days I was there, I asked the front desk to have our linen change on the bed 2 times and never once happened.

We had a nice overall experience at this hotel. I would say it is a little outdated and not as many amenities as I would have liked to have while we were there. However, it met all the needs that we had and were able to get an early check in. Grateful for the manager on duty that got us in quickly so we could shower and get ready for a wedding in town.

Kept running out of coffee, had to find someone to ask for coffee but it was good when they finally put more out, eggs and sausage cold, only apple was put out for fruit and the waffles were wonderful
