酒店环境和服务都特别好,为此点赞评论非常多的好。刚刚哈哈哈哈哈哈哈、很好很好的服务和居住体验。值得推荐。
酒店很新,很现代也很干净,位于东南区Docaster Westfield对面,位置是很方便的,想去商场吃饭喝奶茶过个斑马线就到。
房间风景不错,床垫也挺舒服的。但是隔音一般,走廊里有时候会很嘈杂!可能也是因为在携程预订,所以被安排在一堆旅游团的房间旁,早上他们出门的时候很吵。
我们自驾,所以比较关注停车这件事。停车场车位非常充足,每个停车位的尺寸也大,但是停车场入口很容易就错过了!需要在进westfield停车场的小环岛处做一个急转(需要的朋友们查看下卫星图再开吧,切记)。
酒店早餐比较丰富,满意,餐厅工作人员态度也好,餐厅早餐结束了我想再喝点果汁他们也专门给我打了两杯。
酒店的早餐种类不少,但是口味不敢恭维。比如炒饭和炒面里都没有鸡蛋,只有一些冷冻蔬菜搭配。热粥和天然蜂蜜算是不多的亮点。尽管已经开业4年有余,酒店房间和客区走廊依旧有新酒店的味道,可能是因为没有窗户通风,完全依靠中央空调换气的缘故。泳池没有救生员,我去游泳的时候很多小孩子在跳水,监护人也没有制止,我果断离开了这个可能的危险区域。果然,不一会儿其中一个小男孩跳水受伤,脚趾出血被他母亲带离泳池,并跟我上了同一部电梯。酒店没有行李生服务,行李都是我自己推行李车往返于前台和房间。前台的Hana服务专业,很会聊天。前台经理Ron似乎不会微笑,通过这两天的观察,一个表情贯穿始终。
缺点:未敲门就有工作人员直接刷卡进入房间,跟酒店沟通也只是简单的说了一下抱歉,并没有给出解决方案,这个很严重的安全事故问题,大家一定要注意反锁房门。
优点:酒店的地理位置很好,出门就是商场购物很方便,去别的地方打车也很方便。
位置绝佳,离Westfield Doncaster购物中心非常近,还有直达巴士可以去市中心!

还可以,只是没有矿泉水提供,喝自来水…对我来说实在是不可以…其它还可以吧,我洗面奶丢在酒店房间里忘记带走,下一站没洗面奶😅😅😅……自己太粗心了
一个酒店分成了两段住,前三天是普通大床房,后三天是高级大床房,还特地要了能看到城市天际线的房间,结果房型并不大,景观还是可以的,旁边就是Westfield购物中心。酒店健身设施很齐全,一个人享受整个健身房和泳池!希望能提供自助洗衣房。
这个酒店走廊上竟然有男人的内裤,住了这么多酒店头一次见到! 打电话要求退款也不肯!这家酒店谁住谁倒霉!切记不要订!!以免后悔!
早餐很不错 周围没什么环境 但是酒店什么都有,很干净,也可以一天都在酒店吃饭,非常方便,停车登记一下3小时免费,过夜25元
