My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were very rude and made judgmental comments toward me, even telling me that I “look anxious.” I’m not sure how anyone is supposed to “look,” but being spoken to like that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the start.
On top of that, the room itself was not clean. The bathroom was infested with small flies, and the overall condition of the room was far below what I expected. It’s hard to feel relaxed in a place that doesn’t seem properly maintained.
Because of the unfriendly staff and the poor cleanliness, I would never return here.

图片中的房间不是我们住的房间。他们有两间房间，他们称之为小套房。图片中的房间非常宽敞，看起来非常豪华，有木梁天花板和大壁炉。我们住的房间只是一个简单的房间，没有图片中房间的任何特色。我觉得图片中的房间值得每晚 178 英镑，但我们住的房间与那个房间相比非常差，在我看来价格过高。我确实向酒店提到过我对我的房间感到失望，但他们却说“很抱歉，但您住在我们的另一间小套房里。”早餐很丰盛，但我们不得不等了半个小时才点餐，培根煮得太熟太干，无法食用。从积极的一面来看，房间很干净，布置得很好，是我睡过的最舒服的床。
大部分都很棒，员工、房间和早餐都很好，但是房间在酒吧上面，面朝大街，晚上 10 点之后正门就关闭了，你需要走后门（出口门），如果你想走一小段路，那里的楼梯很陡，对老人或狗来说很难。

早餐要到早上八点才开始，不太理想。除此之外一切都还好。会再次入住。
方便的免费停车场，很棒的酒吧，氛围很好，食物很好。步行可到村庄，隔壁就是便利的 Tessco。价格实惠，含早餐。
邻近教堂的钟声每小时都会响起，客房服务人员没有更换毛巾、卫生纸和肥皂。
接到通知后很快就解决了。
晚上唯一的出路就是走下又陡又滑又黑的楼梯。我的狗晚上不能下楼梯，所以它不得不忍到早上。
工作人员都很棒，热情的接待，入住体验非常愉快
