Kevin Paulino, he was our go to guy and when we needed something, he got it done rapidly. He made our experience in the Dominican Republic amazing! He made us feel important, comfortable and safe! Kevin made our stay stress free by booking all of our dinners for the 6 days we stayed in Ocean El Faro. The resort is beautiful! The amenities were excellent, we really enjoyed all the pools, lazy river and gym. All of the restaurants had great food and service. I highly recommend checking out their evening shows! If you’re ever visiting this resort you won’t regret it, especially if you have Kevin looking after you!

I must say my experience this time was very underwhelming. From the check in experience with little help, to the flooding room, and then having to wait for 3 hours after traveling all day was not ok. Sitting in a room that was literally leaking everywhere with no where to go. We lost an entire evening. The menus never matched the dining experience. So we couldn't order what we wanted. The only positive thing that i can say about trip this time is that our "butler" Kevin was very friendly.

Thursday 18 when we arrived fisrt night at the hotel the el beso beach bar bartender disrespect us because we are Puertorican. And we went to the sport bar to leave that bar and stay calm and appeared there too when he finished his shift and disrespect my wife and I. Thank God when my neighbor saw that he took him outside. Other than that Kevin was good our concierge and the people at the Pez Dama too.

度假村位置不错,员工也很棒,但是组织安排很糟糕,尤其是在新年庆祝活动期间,我们付了VIP座位费,却因为天气预报不准而没能安排上……非常失望!!
El Beso ******* 的客服代表非常出色。他非常注重客户体验,而且回复迅速。他每天早上都会来查看我们的入住情况,并满足我们的一切需求。
我们预订的两间房的淋浴墙后面都有漏水,但我们的*******客服代表确保在几个小时内就修好了。
一切都很棒,接待员对食品工作人员和餐厅工作人员的关注都非常好,泳池里的游戏也非常酷。
