Just hot back from 2 weeks at El Beso. Had the best room with the best butler Jose Jimenez Miguel. He's always attentive and works hard at making your stay superb.
Mike's coffee is always a hit. I enjoy this properties diverse food choice. Love the lagoon. Can't wait to go back

Our stay at Ocean El Faro was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to Kevin Paulino, our Guest Service Specialist. From the moment we arrived, Kevin went above and beyond for us. He arranged all of our restaurant reservations seamlessly, making every night stress-free and perfectly planned.
What really stood out was how genuinely caring and attentive he was—he even invited us to a beautiful dinner with a beach after-party, which became one of the highlights of our trip. His warmth, professionalism, and dedication made us feel truly taken care of throughout our entire stay.
Kevin made our experience at Ocean El Faro even better, and we are so grateful for him. If you’re visiting, you’ll be lucky to have Kevin looking after you. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well kept resort. Workers were always cleaning or doing maintenance. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be better is the food. Also, room service is very minimal and not enough options. It would be nice to be able to order drinks to your room. If you’re on the el beso side try Pez Dema, best food on the entire resort. Would love to come back here!
