This hotel is nice to stay, staff is very cooperative, mr. Tahir, irshad was very supportive. Value for money, food is ok. We enjoyed here

This is a fabulous place in the middle of all the places to visit in gulmarg. Best attraction is apple garden. The staff is amazing and courteous. Their food is the best thing, the overall vibe is cosy and comfortable. This for me easily was the best stay in gulmarg. We were in gulmarg for 3 nights & the stay felt every bit like home, the staff was super nice & cooperative! gulmarg residency hotel is the best and affordable.

I booked a Deluxe Family Room.Location is awesome, very nearby all the beautiful places truly amazing while staying here the best part is its connectivity We had a Srinagar cab, so had to show our booking confirmation to the Union guys to allow us during Yatra period. We really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Totally friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile and politeness. Facilities, area and food were upto the mark and good looking rooms. Manager helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. Specially thanks to johnny bhai (staff hotel) rayees bhai very helpful and done everything with smile, i totally happy with complimentary breakfast and dinner, quality of food is just amazing.

Kashmir hospitality is the best. It was a brilliant gesture by the owner during the period of my stay further, i realised that as i was at my home. Service was beyond the expectations as well the hygiene and healthy diet with neatness was available. Waazwan served was the best and kashmiri kahwa was amazing. Kashmiri pulaw and tandoori was tasty.

I love the place, very very good hotel with nice people and very good service. Food was another best part of the hotel. Multiple items in buffet and the taste was also good. Finally the location, near to tourist location in the middle of apple garden
i visited the hotel in july 2024, it is one of the best hotels i've ever been to. It's a nice place at a convenient distance from gulmarg and away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The hosts were really kind and very generous. Affordable.

I visited gulmarg 2 months back for one night stay and luckily it started snowfall so i could both enjoy snow and snowfall. Spacious rooms and bathroom with good view, room's are warm but if asked they'll provide portable heater. Service was nice. Food was also nice. Just the hotel location is a bit downhill other than that, all rounded was good. Cooperative staff. Would recommend and stay over again.
古尔玛格古尔西塔拉的服务很好，但是他们的房间没有达到标准。房间很小。地板上没有地毯，而且很冷，暖气有定时功能，房间里没有牙具和剃须工具，这是一家非常低预算的酒店，食物除了 Rajma chawal 外，没有达到标准，但 Tahir 的服务非常快，感谢全体员工的服务。
