酒店设施和服务都非常出色,要不是因为假期价格太高还想多住一天的,以后一定再去
这家酒店让我们非常非常不满意的是进酒店后服务员给每一个住客(都是欧美住客为主)递上welcome drink (茶 / 西瓜汁),唯独屏蔽了我和我老公。 这让我们非常不解,一样进酒店大门,一样办入住,除了我和我老公,全部的住客都很有礼貌被对待并递上了饮料,我盯着那个员工,他忽视。我没忍住,我问他为什么? 我们这么两个大人看不见吗? 还是华人不配有? 我们不是一样的房费吗? 简直太可笑太离谱了。本来想多住几晚的,第二天我们就走了。走的时候跟前台投诉了,也只是客套的道歉而已。第一次碰到酒店这么区别对待。2000一晚买了个受气。
邮箱:********************我们10月9日下午大概4-5点进的酒店,一进去就到了前台,在前台办理了挺久,旁边陆陆续续进来了几波欧美人和阿拉伯人。我建议管理层打开监控看看,贵酒店的staff是如何区别对待站在一起办理同样业务的不同国籍的人的!!!最后还是我自己去找那个staff, 我问他为什么,他不道歉,就一直问我:“你也要是吗?你想要什么?” 最后拿了两杯西瓜汁,我老公非常生气,拒喝(天气热,我实在太渴了)。 我们真的是第一次碰到这样的酒店服务。我相信任何一个中国人碰到这样的遭遇都会非常非常生气。
我们在这里度过了美妙的一周,从7月21日到28日。这家酒店不是那种喧闹的派对酒店,也不是城市风格的,更适合寻求宁静、享受大自然的客人。海滩很大也很干净,我们有好几次都和海龟一起游泳!泳池都是恒温的,非常干净。躺椅和毛巾总是充足,还有免费的防晒霜和饮用水。
房间很舒适,一切都很新,用起来很方便。洗浴用品种类丰富。酒店内还有健身房、台球桌和乒乓球桌(都免费)。早餐和晚餐都很丰盛、优质、多样。晚餐的海鲜尤其让我们惊喜。工作人员都非常细心、周到、友好。
唯一比较麻烦的是交通。我们使用了酒店的接送服务(提前通过联系表格预订,入住时现场支付)。司机甚至帮我们追踪了晚点三小时的航班。退房时去迪拜的出租车也是通过前台预订的。
再次感谢整个团队,我们非常乐意再次光临!

地毯上有污渍,浴室里发现了头发,房间里灰尘很多。点了橙汁结果晚上才送到。早餐点了煎蛋卷但没有送给我,我丈夫的送到了。餐饮服务员没有来帮我们。等了很久都没有座位,最后我们只好自己找位子。早餐时段也没有座位,还得等。不值得。糟糕的住宿体验。
在这家酒店住得很愉快,非常棒。
一切都很好,唯一的缺点是躺椅总是被人占着。
房间干净整洁,环境不错,有三个泳池,独立沙滩,但是沙滩是黑泥沙滩,不是黄金沙滩。
坑爹的是,都已经办完入住了,还要进来打扫,说是second clean,那时候正在泡澡呢,咔咔就要开门进来打扫了,真是不懂
酒店地理位置绝佳,海滩风光无限。
工作人员非常热情周到。房间宽敞。
酒店很新,开业还不到一年。健身房24小时开放。
早餐自助餐选择丰富。
如果你不喜欢人潮拥挤,想在离迪拜不远的地方享受一个宁静的假期,这里是理想之选。
