地铁🚇就在后面很方便,房间也很大。
第一次住这么差的酒店,住了四个晚上,就连房间都不打扫,我问为什么不打扫房间,需要打扫,才给我一个垃圾袋,让我自己收拾垃圾,放在门外面,墙上蚂蚁爬来爬去,被子和枕头还有浴巾都发黑,天呐‼️怎么会有这样差的酒店存在呢?页面有写可以加床,预定时候我也备注了,三个人需要加个单人床,结果就是把床放在你房间,能不能打开他们不管,如图那样,打不开,但是要收40新币的加床费(这个钱我和携程投诉携程公司给我退了)
酒店位于小印度,在新加坡来说价格很实惠。离地铁站很近,晚上睡觉也很安静,没有噪音。房间虽然不大,但设施一应俱全。
房间干净整洁,地理位置非常好,离7-11和梧槽地铁站很近。
住一到两晚的好地方!
我真的很喜欢前台接待员。他们非常友好和乐于助人。如果你想在武吉士(Bugis)和穆斯塔法中心(Mustafa Centre)购物,强烈推荐这家酒店,因为它离这两个地方非常近。
前台一点儿笑面也没有,就向谁欠他钱似的,然后楼上房间特别小,床单被套上面都是头发,好像上个人走,都没换似的,枕头很臭,说白了就是没把住客当人看,一点都不夸张。
这次住宿体验太让人失望了,完全和之前看过的点评不符。房间很旧,卫生间里发现了一个空盒子,卫生纸也没换,甚至还在房间里看到了用过的卫生袋。我付了84美元的房费,晚上9点才入住,结果前台已经关了,之前也没人通知我。更糟糕的是,接待我的是街对面另一家酒店的一位不友好的女士。他们还要求我交100美元的押金,但退款竟然要等到3个月以后?一般来说,四周内就能退了,好吧……而且,他们也没有给我任何住宿发票。
Avoid this hotel at all costs
我在这里的体验一开始就不太好。办理入住时,前台要求我提供信用卡,以便支付100美元的可退还押金,以防退房时房间有任何损坏。房费我已经全额付清了。我很高兴配合,因为这很常见。100美元的扣款成功了,然后她注意到——出于安全原因——我的银行卡上没有信用卡号(现在很多信用卡公司都是这样)。她向我要我的信用卡号。我问她为什么。她说她需要把信用卡号输入他们的系统。我说扣款已经通过了,我不想把我的信用卡信息留在他们的系统里,因为我不知道谁可能会接触到这些信息。她打电话给她的主管,主管说他们必须获取我的信用卡信息。我拒绝了。她说唯一的替代方案是她撤销扣款,然后我支付现金押金。我告诉她我旅行时不会带那么多现金。她告诉我我必须去最近的自动取款机取现金才能拿到房间钥匙。我决定不再和她争论了,因为她说她也无能为力。我走了三个街区到最近的商场,四处转悠,直到找到自动取款机。这大概花了我25分钟。我把现金交给她,退房时也拿到了全额退款。在当今个人信息盗窃猖獗的时代,我发现任何酒店业者要求将我的信用卡信息手动输入他们的电脑系统都是不可原谅的。有人可能会说他们需要它,以防损坏超过100美元,他们需要向我收取更多费用。但这说不通,因为他们完全愿意接受100美元现金。我希望我能向其他人推荐这个地方,但我不能。这个地区还有很多其他非常好的选择。
长途奔波一天后,这里真是个歇脚的好地方!我以实惠的价格预订了房间,目前非常喜欢这个带冷气(空调)的阁楼房间!下次肯定还会再来👍🏻 10/10
