There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. There were only 3 towels in the bathroom when we had 4 people in the room. The nightstand was dirty. It looked like someone had spilled something all over it. There were candy wrappers on the floor behind one of the headboards. The dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed.
We stayed at the same hotel in July 2024 when it was under a different name, and it was in much better condition. We would not stay there again.

A number of long term tenants congregate at the entrance and smoke within feet of the non smoking facility. It was raining, we had to walk through the second hand smoke to enter.

Needed an overnight for work. The place is clean and well maintained. Not much of pretty interior... the room was in very good condition with new furniture and fixtures. One oddly nice bonus - a full size toilet.

Parking area had a bunch of shady people hanging around. Lobby was a mess with remodeling? Going on. Room was nice and clean. No decaf coffee or tea in room.

The property had no hot water. When asked, mentioned it would be fixed in 2 hours which turned out not to be the case. Would not repeat a stay here

I reserved a room with a King size bed for $209 and was given a room with two beds for $245. Upon entering the room the first thing we found was pills on the floor under the bed closest to the window. After returning from a funeral on Saturday, they were still there. The beds were made but obviously not vacuumed as the pills are still there. Upon waking up Saturday morning I also may have found what looked like a bed bug. The would be dining area was filled with headboards, bed frames and mattresses. I do not believe this hotel is actually ready for opening 100%. There are many, possibly homeless people that may be staying in this hotel. At around 4:10 to 4:30 am on Sunday morning, someone tried to break into our room.
