The way you are treated as a paying customer in this place is the absolute worst.They have one staff member by the name of deborah, who is amazing, but everyone else is pure trash.The owner is the absolute worst run from this place

Very disappointed with my stay here. We’re not given the room we booked when we arrived. Were downgraded without explanation. When we went in the room, the counters were not wiped (had crumbs and coffee splatter on them). The entire hotel smelled like stale cigarettes. It was disgusting.

The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable. I wish I stood an extra day. The breakfast in the morning was terrific. Everything was hot and ready to go including the coffee. I would definitely stay again.

我丈夫和孩子们来城里参加葬礼。好评其实并不准确。这家酒店唯一的优点是前台那位亲切热情的女士,她试图帮我丈夫和孩子们找到一间还算不错的房间。可惜的是,她没能找到。房间又黑又脏,根本塞不下两张大床。浴室看起来好像没打扫过。淋浴间里满是污渍。淋浴门轨道上还有脏兮兮的头发。空调温度调节不舒适,老是断断续续地关着。电视也经常断线。床单好像也不干净。其中一张床上还有好多头发!!我丈夫和孩子们一整天都在路上,累得不想睡在这里。我女儿哭着要离开。他们把毛巾放在枕头上,因为他们不放心床单的干净程度,尤其是在看到头发之后。他们早上6点不到就起床了,迫不及待地想离开这里。我感到很无助,因为这是一间不退款的房间。它不值180美元。

糟糕
体验非常糟糕,我知道价格低廉,但是说实话,我们的床单全都破了,浴室到处都是污渍,我们住了6天,他们一次也没换毛巾,我们不得不下楼去拿,因为即使我告诉经理,他也没做任何改进。最糟糕的是,他们前台的管理人员态度非常糟糕。游泳池无法使用,没有正门,而且免费早餐你得去他们的姐妹酒店吃。
房间干净,员工友好,早餐与同价位酒店相当,但还可以接受。这是游览芝加哥的好选择,距离威利斯大厦20分钟路程。但对于喜欢乘坐公共交通的人来说,这里不太好。
