Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Had a bit of an interesting check in with the front desk lady’s attitude. Also, we booked this place for our kids to swim in the indoor pool after driving all day only to arrive to the indoor pool being out of service. That was disappointing. But over all, good stay.

Room was clean, and spacious. Nice sized fridge. Amenities were exceptional. Loved being able to text my needs to the front desk. Also loved being able to check in ahead of time on through my hilton app and select my room. Plus request digital keys and share. Requesting a late checkout was sort of a task and was based on house keeping availability. Requiring me to ask the day of checkout not allowing time to plan. I requested initially on making the reservation.

We are looking for a good night sleep, which was provided with a beautiful room. Easy to park comfortable and felt very safe.

Checked in in Oct 14. The front desk lady was so very warm and welcoming!! She gave us recommendations for supper and she had such a sweet personality. Praise her!

The room had a funky odor, dirty plate in the microwave. Long hair in the shower, we both have short hair.

This is my second time to stay at this location. both stays have been great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms and common areas were clean. The water pressure is great, which is a nice welcome after a long day's drive. We'd definitely stay there again.

It was a great stay. I would really like to highlight our experience with the desk staff in the morning. I asked Jeran about possible scenic routes from Hot Springs to Bentonville. She said she wasn’t familiar (which is fair) but while we were having breakfast she researched that. She approached us to tell us what she had found for some possible routes. That was so appreciated. That is really going above and beyond!! 5 stars for Jeran!!
