This is a nice Hotel for stay business trip. Need to improve communication system at hotel. For example, Breakfast timing notified in room is different from that at desk. No reception & other internal contact nos available in room

Location is OK but SERVICE IS WORST esp the RECEPTION R TOO ARROGANT & LAZY & UNCOOPERATIVE..MEGHA IS THE WORST FEMALE..THEIR RESTAURANT & LOBBY IS DIRTY. Coffee maker smells .TV stops working suddenly. Key card also doesn't work properly!!!

It's very good place to stay in with safe with family and friends, booked through Agoda site and paid 50% amount before 2-days though I have booked 10 days in advance formally. It's very close to Pune junction railway station.

My stay in the hotel was good. Satyam in specific on breakfast service is obsessed with providing with a good service, he was quick on his feet, super helpful. Would totally recommend a stay here with your loved ones.

I have stayed here multiple times and service has improved drastically . Right from Megha at reception, Bhaskar with house keeping and Sai supporting my guest at the breakfast time we’re good . Well done . Continue to aim higher . This hotel is at a prime location with all essential shops and famous eateries around .

It was gud experience at hotel, very co-operative staff. Mr Deepak Raut is very friendly and nice guy. Gud brekfast provide , everyday new menu available with verities. Nice ambience of hotel. Excellent .

The staff was very pleasant and professional. Our room was clean. However they have weak wifi which is of little use. The breakfast starts too late at 8:00am for business travelers. The hallways lighting is poor and the walls and floors do not look clean. There is no ice and you have to ask for hand towels. There are no face clothes.
