This is the best hotel in central pune, we stayed here with 120 people, service was amazing, staff is very cooperative, food is great, if you are looking for best hospitality experience you must stay here, special Thanks to Mr.Vikas, who was very attentive with all requests.

The best part of this hotel is it is very near to Pune railway and metro station. But, you may feel claustrophobic in the passage area of first floor and above. It is a very narrow walk way. Lift is also very small can not accommodate more than two people.

Hotel was a good stay, the rooms are spacious and very aesthetic. Food was really nice and delicious specially the breakfast. The servants are very helpful and coordinating like Abhishek and Raju. Didn't got the amenities i was promised. Overall i am happy with the rooms and food. The service staff is very proactive and great customer care attitude, well trained. Excellent hotel with excellent location, extremely clean and comfortable. Everything from check in to meeting rooms are first class. All staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative, specially I want to mention the name of that boy Ankur at front desk, who did he job perfectly. I truly feel like a Guest and not like a regular customer, so hats of your team.

The best part about my stay here was good food and friendly staff, especially the room service/restaurant staff - Abhishek and Raju ji. So if you are planning to stay here and will not be on the go, I recommend you to take a package that includes all meals. Paying for meals separately might prove a little expensive. There is a scope for improvement here - the hotel needs a new set of pillows ***** with new pillow and duvet covers. They should immediately invest in them. Also the key cards. They should also have an intercom on all the floors. In case you are locked out of the room because the keycard isn't working, you need to go down to the reception to ask for help. If you are in Pune for work, Hotel Madhav International would be a good option as it's very close to Pune Junction (3 to 4 min walkable from the railway station). Overall, it's a comfortable stay.
