Excellent, Restaurant and hotel room very clean and service and staff are very nice . lactation vibe this hotel covers near by places which are historical and view of visitors.Anju had provided good service

Everything is good room service is ok breakfast is very nice but there is no work desk in room. And room is like very normal what we are showing in online there is something different.

Don’t stay here. We were on a trip from the UK to Rajasthan. We decided to spend 2 nights at Golden Tulip in Udaipur. On arrival, the hotel seemed nice. However, on check in, when my husband provided our passports, the staff took the wrong copies. He was handed back our passports and when he started putting them away, the manager got cross at him (and later apologised for his behaviour), when he realised the error was the staff’s. The corridor outside our room had brushed rubbish just sitting there (see pic), and when we got into the room, there was hair and dirt in the room. The walls were stained and light switches looked so dirty. I asked to move rooms. They agreed. When we went to check the new room, the staff was unable to open the door to the new room. She tried for ages until a colleague came with a master key. We entered the room and they took the master key with them and left us in darkness which was a bit weird. We left for the evening to get a meal. Next morning, we went for breakfast. The options were good, but limited. The tables were dirty, staff were either short or struggling. A lady used a dry tissue to clean the table and chucked all the food on the chairs and sofas provided for sitting. I looked at her, but she didn’t care. I then proceeded to clean the chairs and sofas provided before sitting. This happened both mornings. As people were serving themselves, there was a bit of a mess around the serving station. No one bothered to keep the area tidy/clean. Bread took ages to come, if there was anything lacking, took a good while for it to arrive. There were tea bags and ready made coffee, but no hot water - again took ages to arrive when requested. It was expensive at $80 a night. Definitely not worth the money at all. We will not stay there again and it really puts a stain on the entire Sarovar chain of hotels. The staff either didn’t care in general or were new/inexperienced but it wasn’t a pleasant experience dealing with them at all, sadly. We travel a lot and are used to a variety of hotels at a variety of prices. This is very low down our recommendation list. You’re better off paying a bit more and staying somewhere warmer and cleaner. We didn’t dream to explore the pool area. Bath towels were also stained, old and dirty.

Excellent service nice room awesome food good hospitality special service given by Mr. Narendra and reception Mr. Jitendra. I love it and I will be again come as well as soon. Food quality is awesome. All staff were good behaviour. Room nit and clean

Very good experience, good food every staff of canteen, reception is mind blowing, room services are excellent, room and washroom cleaned propely, towel and bed shhet has been changed on daily basis. Morning breakfast was healthy. Superb experience 👌
千万别住这家酒店。房间虽然宽敞,但装修很不干净——到处都是灰尘。幸好我们的床和浴室还算干净。员工培训严重不足,而且对自己的工作流程大多一窍不通。餐厅昏暗破旧,早餐时段根本容纳不下多少客人。早餐种类少,好吃的很快就卖光了,而且不会及时补充。煎蛋卷和印度薄饼总是排着长队,但他们经常上错桌,甚至干脆就不上!乌代浦尔肯定有比这好得多的酒店。希望新的管理团队能够接手并解决这些问题,毕竟这家酒店地理位置优越,房间也宽敞。
管理层需要妥善维护酒店,以匹配房间的收费。考虑到酒店的条件,前台和餐厅的服务人员已经非常热情周到了。饭菜不错,厨房工作人员也很友好。保险箱的锁具系统糟糕透顶,没有接地,而且很容易被移动,可以用钥匙而不是密码锁从房间里取出。网络服务极差,我们入住的两晚根本连不上网。浴室设施也很糟糕……他们给我们升级到了俱乐部客房,里面有个浴缸,但是浴缸很脏。马桶冲水系统也疏于维护。房间里能听到外面交通噪音。我以后绝对不会再来这里了。
我们于2018年11月1日至11月4日入住这家酒店。竟然没有一条评论提到乌代浦尔金郁金香酒店的标准间没有窗户。房间非常昏暗。我们预订了两间房,两间房的条件完全一样。床单非常脏。游泳池的水温低至冰点。酒店的维护状况糟糕透顶,败坏了品牌声誉。我们在曼谷和巴林的金郁金香酒店的体验都非常好。我非常同情那些被困在这家酒店的专业、友善、礼貌的员工。
乌代浦尔的金郁金香酒店是我住过的最糟糕的酒店之一。我和几个朋友订了三间房,结果每间都脏得要命。其中一间甚至连淋浴门都没有。其他几间房的电视也坏了。服务态度极其恶劣。比如,我们点了额外的瓶装水和毛巾,反复强调我们需要,结果到了第二天下午还没拿到。当我们跟其中一位员工说了淋浴门坏了的事,他只说第二天会给我们换房间。我们之所以还住在这家酒店,唯一值得期待的就是每天早上醒来都能吃到饭菜。
非常漂亮、安静、位置优越的酒店,位于乌代浦。目前,该店名为Radiant Globus,刚刚装修完毕,你仍然可以到处闻到油漆的味道。非常好的、有礼貌、不引人注目的工作人员。厨房提供多种菜肴:当地菜肴、东方菜肴和一些欧洲菜肴。最重要的是Radiant Globus提供的安静和隐私!
