I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ginger. The location is excellent—very convenient and easily accessible, which made my visit even more comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and offered great value for money. Cleanliness was properly maintained throughout the property, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to the reception staff, Mr. Biplab and Ms. Rupasri, for their polite and helpful behavior. They were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, the service, amenities, and overall experience were very satisfying. I would definitely recommend Hotel Ginger for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent service provided by the Staff. Specially the reception staff Gracy and Anindita were so welcome at the reception. And also house keeping staff Litan, Debasish were so help.

我说我完全不会说英语时，他们抱怨说我竟然不会说英语。房间很普通，谈不上脏也谈不上干净。不过没有吹风机，设施不太完善。淋浴水压和水温倒是挺好的。早餐自助餐的果汁不好喝。总的来说，这次体验不太愉快。
