Very hospitable experience at Vivanta. My go to safe space and comfortable stay in Mangalore. The hotel needs to ensure people don’t smoke at places not meant for smoking. Not only guests were not adhering to the direction but the hotel had provided chairs and ashtray right infront of the space that says smoking not allowed. See the photo. Except this, rest was very good. I would choose to stay at Vivanta any number of times I visit Mangalore.

I stayed there for 3 days in dec 2024 and i must say the experience was very good. The staff's behaviour is very good and they will help you out in every possible way. We had one infant they helped us with her food and toiletries. Truly appreciate there caring staff. Overall the experience was excellent, the rooms were good, food was good and the property is well maintained. Will love to visit again.

和家人在这里住了一天，酒店免费给我们升级到了海景房。员工很友好，泳池也很干净，我们在那里度过了一个愉快的夜晚。停车位也很充足。就是食物的味道有待提高。
这家酒店顶多算四星级。干净整洁，早餐还行，位置也不错。
房间很小，但床足够我们三个人睡。部分员工需要加强与客人沟通的培训。早餐不错，厨师会四处走动，询问客人的用餐情况，这让人感觉很贴心。酒店看起来有点老旧，但对于路过小镇的人来说还算可以。房间很干净。可能是镇上比较好的酒店之一。
团队非常出色且热情周到，入住体验一如既往地愉快。Karthik 非常乐于助人，总是尽力做到最好，甚至超出预期。还要感谢 ***n 先生、Satyaa 女士和 Alphanso 女士。

酒店非常漂亮，房间和公共区域最近都经过了翻新。房间很干净。另设有功能齐全的健身房和游泳池。餐厅非常好，提供一流的当地美食。工作人员对任何需要都非常有帮助！
