Taj Hotel wonderful experience ! But although the hotel is beautiful what really makes a wonderful experience is the Kind and helpful people that attend the breakfast room . Special attention to Yogesh . He prepare special dishes and teach us about special foods . Such a pleasure to have this knocked people willing to help . Thank You so much Yogesh !

My recent visit at Hotel Taj Lucknow was overall pleasant, with most aspects meeting standard expectations. The property is well-maintained, the staff courteous, and the ambiance reflects the cultural heritage of Lucknow effectively. However, considering the prestigious reputation of the Taj brand, my experience fell slightly short of the high standards one typically anticipates. In summary, Hotel Taj Lucknow offers a comfortable stay with competent service, but there is room for improvement to fully align with the exemplary benchmarks set by the Taj name. With a few enhancements in service consistency and attention to finer details, the hotel could better fulfill the elevated expectations associated with its distinguished legacy.

I had heard some negative feedback about Taj—that they focus mainly on VIP or wealthy guests and often overlook regular holiday visitors. But during my stay, I did not experience anything like that. The staff across all departments were very welcoming. I can’t remember all the names, but the lady staff member in the evening at Oudhyana and at the café, Anshika, was extremely caring. The manager at Oudhyana was also very good. He helped us avoid high billing by informing us on time that our package dinner was not part of the Oudhyana dining, so we shifted to the designated buffet area. My suggestion would be to include a few items from Oudhyana as part of the package as well. During breakfast, he even arranged kachauri through Anshika as a gesture of care and to acknowledge the misunderstanding—though it wasn’t really an issue. Overall, the experience was nice and welcoming. I would love to come again with my wife, as this stay was with my parents. From reservation with Mr. Ravi Pandey to checkout, everything was very good.

I would especially like to mention Neha, who works in the restaurant. She stands out for her energetic attitude, constant smile, and genuine willingness to help. Neha goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels comfortable and satisfied — whether it’s remembering preferences, offering suggestions, or simply greeting guests with positivity. She’s a true asset to the team. Mr.shambhu is also a good leader it seems always care about the guests and handle it with warmth. Many names are there like Sanya,Fayaz ..great stay and will recommend my friends
