hotel is located in heart of raleigh making it easy to commute to work in downtown raleigh area. room rates are very affordable for rooms with kitchen and convenient location.

Upon checking in there were a lot of huge worms in the hallway. Room 116 had lots of mold and mildew. Don't give them your card information to hold, they charged my card on many different occasions after I'd already paid for the week. I was paid up until April 5 but checked out on April 1st because they increased my room rate after 8 months. When I tried to get my remaining funds back they blocked my number and still had me checked in.

This is perfect hotel for long term stay. Rooms had kitchen with stove, big refrigerator, oven. i was here for 8 days. hotel had minimum stay of 7 days but it worked well for me. Rooms are clean , comfortable and setup is like studio apartment.

Awesome Front Desk Staff

We were displaced due to a house fire. We were actually booked for the Suburban, but we were upgraded to the Clarion on the same property. I enjoyed the stay. We had a couple of kinks in the beginning but front desk made sure we were taken care of. The room could have been just a little more cleaner but the stay was comfortable. This is a hotel that I could and will frequent again in the near future. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kudos to you guys and I love the renovations.

Disgusting. Rooms filthy, room smelled, service extremely poor, had to walk to desk everyday for towels, unsafe, no lights, no security cameras.

This place is basically a dump.
