Very beautiful resort with really good food. The resort is actually impeccably clean. The rooms are gorgeous. The staff was extremely attentive. Just be careful when booking. I booked for 2 and noticed day before departure that the booking had somehow changed to a booking for 1 person, but at the same price for two! It was a little horrific as I had to pay considerably more upon arrival! Significantly more. Now I have a small claims court date to contend with. Very unfortunate. But the resort was a good one. I’ve been to many… it’s up there.

I had such a wonderful experience at this resort! From the moment I arrived, Jenelle was absolutely amazing. She made the check-in process seamless, warm, and welcoming. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay started off perfectly, and she is one of the main reasons I would rebook here. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests stood out in the best way.
The rest of the staff were also incredible—Dwayne and Dominic were fantastic and made sure everything I needed was taken care of with a smile. Everyone I interacted with made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my stay.
This resort not only has beautiful amenities, but also an outstanding team that makes the experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

The room was really old and smelt of mold. It took more than 24 hours to sort it out. I was downgraded to a smaller and newer room, but had to pay extra.
The rest of the staff by pool and resteraunts were really helpful and kind.

Property had limited dining, no entertainment, room service was not good. Staff were unwelcoming! Will never go here again because it’s not setup like a real all inclusive as well as not inviting from the locals. Should be advertised more as a hotel and for the price could have been a much better experience!
