It's well located, rather busy but well managed property. I contacted staff earlier. They were polite & helpful. Our flight reached quite late , around 9.40pm.. Just in time to hv Dinner. Meanwhile, the reception staff has kindly upgraded the room. Of special help was the ref the Cab Co, Mr Sreejesh, 83040 04000. Cherry Trvls. Both drivers were good. Rates reasonable.

I had a really good stay at The Residency Tower in Trivandrum. The location is perfect—right in the city center, super close to everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made the experience even better. Rooms were spacious, neat, and comfy. I loved the rooftop restaurant (great food and nice city views!) and the pool was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty of options and kept me full until lunch. On the flip side, some of the interiors feel a bit dated, and the Wi-Fi setup could be easier. Service at the restaurant was a little slow at times, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great service and value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in Trivandrum.

Kerala cuisine was good for dinner, just about 15 minutes' drive from Airport. Monsoon Rains made the weather lovable. all in all it was a very comfortable stay.

1.The toilet could not be flushed again after the first use.
2. The breakfast which was supposed to start at 7.30am, which is already late for guests who need to start on a journey early in the morning, was not ready when we went down for breakfast at 7.30am. Several dishes were not available yet so we had a limited breakfast instead of a buffet braekfast.

Good stay at The Residency Tower, Trivandrum. Room is excellent and the staff service is very good. The bathroom accessories are poor and need to be improved. The shower gel kept is not good and must be put up for change. The soap quality also needs to be improved. Food was tasty and very good. Another major issue was the intermittent power cuts (no consistent power supply) which had disturbed my sleep.

Amazing hotel and staff
It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. I will definitely be coming back
